The Isaac + Roseville Health
This project was co-developed by Tareen Development Partners and Reuter Walton Development. The land was a vacant truck cross-dock building with a 6-acre lot used for semi-trailer parking. The property was purchased and subdivided into two parcels, the Roseville Health Building and The Isaac apartment building.

Roseville Health is a 40,000-square-foot,
two-story medical office building that houses Tareen Dermatology and Minnesota Epilepsy.

The Isaac
The Isaac, a 127-unit five-story market-rate apartment building, now occupies the second parcel. The Isaac is Roseville’s first Class A market-rate apartment building in 25 years. The high-amenity building stabilized in a few months and has been a massive success in the Roseville community.

Sherwin-Williams
This ground-up redevelopment was completed in 2016. The site redevelopment was complicated as it was polluted with dry cleaning solvents from one of the previous uses. A Fortune 500 company, Sherwin Williams signed a long-term lease and enjoys increasing year-over-year sales.
The 3,600 square foot building is conveniently located in a very walkable neighborhood of St Louis Park, adjacent to residential buildings and numerous retail stores.

The Grove
The Grove is a mixed-use retail and class A market-rate apartment project. The development was conceived by the principals of Tareen Development Partners and was executed in partnership with Reuter Walton Development. The high amenity building contains 127 dwelling units with 4250 square feet of retail space. The project is located in the heart of St Paul’s Macalester-Groveland neighborhood was completed in 2019 and leased up quickly before being sold on an off-market transaction.
